How far in advance should I book a character?
- A: We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. Last minute bookings may be available depending on our schedule, so go ahead and give us a call!​

What areas do you service?
- A: We proudly serve Cedar Key, Chiefland, Crystal River, and everywhere in between! For a small travel fee, we can head out farther.​

Who is the fairy godmother and what does she do?
- A: Our fairy godmother is who you, the client, will be talking to and coordinating with the day of your event. She will be tending to anything you need and assisting the characters to ensure everything runs smoothly.​

Can the characters attend an outdoor party?
- A: Yes! As long as there is clean, flat, shaded area, and it is weather permitting. Extreme heat and cold or thunder and lightning can be cause for rescheduling!​

Do your performers sing live?
- A: Some do! We can clarify and plan ahead to make sure the performer playing your character will be able to sing live.​

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
- A: We understand that plans change, glass slippers fly off, and the weather answers to no man! Please contact us as soon as possible. Cancelations or reschedulings made 7 days in advanced can receive a full refund. Last minute changes may be subject to a fee.​

Is gratuity included?
- A: gratuity is NOT included but is always appreciated if you feel your character made your child's day extra special.​

What should I prepare before the character arrives?
- A: Please provide an appropriate space, and let us know if you have any special requests! ​

Are you hiring?
- A: We are always accepting new applicants! Always looking for backups and to add new characters, so if you think you are perfect for a role that I do, or do not offer, please call or send a message! ​
